BHH POLICIES - EMPLOYEE TRADING POLICY |
- Employees of BHH Securities are allowed to open a Account with the firm for the purpose of making Investments only in their own a/c and with the prior permission of the Director.
- Employees are not allowed to speculate.
- Employees are sworn to absolute secrecy regarding Client trades and are not allowed to divulge client information to anyone.
- Employees cannot take positions based on client information.
- All employees are required to inform the Director of all the transactions carried out (if any) on his own behalf on a day to day basis.
